This award is for the strongest overall wireless service provider in New Zealand. This category is open to NZ retail service providers who provide some form of communications service to NZ consumers or organisations using non-fixed technology.
An entry in this category will be related to the provision of Wireless Services delivered in New Zealand within the 12 month period from 1st August 2019 to 31st July 2020.

This will allow judges to understand what is on offer, what experience you have in the provision of a or set of wireless services as well as the scale of the business (maximum 500 word count).
Entries (maximum 1,500 word count excluding testimonials) will then be assessed against the following criteria:

Describe the services that you offer that are based on using wireless technology. How do your products match the need of the audience you are looking to service?
2. Leadership and Innovation (25%)
How does your organisation show leadership and innovation in the delivery of wireless services and how do you differentiate your services within the marketplace?
3. Ease of use / reliability (30%)
Reliability and availability of consistent service experience.
4. Testimonials (10%)
Please provide up to three testimonials (maximum 250 word count per testimonial) from consumer, industry commentators or business customers why your service should win over and above other entrants.
