The Broadband Compare TUANZ Awards 2018 - Thurs 8th November 2018

The Orange Coronation Ballroom, Auckland

Best Specialist Broadband Provider

This award is for the Best Specialist Broadband Plan Provider in New Zealand.

This category is open to New Zealand Internet Service Providers and organisations who provide broadband services to meet a specific audience segment in New Zealand.

An entry in this category must be related to the provision of what are widely regarded as a 'Specialist' broadband service or plan delivered in New Zealand within the 12 month period 1st September 2017 to 31 August 2018.

Judging Criteria:

Each award application must begin with a brief overview of the company, product or service that relates to the category you are entering. This will allow judges to understand what is on offer, what experience you have in the provision of Specialist Broadband services and the scale of the business (maximum 500 word count).

Entries (maximum 1,500 word count excluding testimonials) will then be assessed against the following criteria:

  1. Product or Service Delivered (40%)
    • Describe the specialised broadband products or services that you offer to New Zealanders.
    • How do your products match the need of the audience you are looking to service?
    • How does your product show leadership and innovation in the delivery of a specialised broadband offering for Kiwis?
  2. Product Analysis and Success Metrics (40%)
    • Please provide details and supporting data and statistics relating to the success of your specialised plans.
    • How does your organisation differentiate these specialised plans against the larger, generic broadband plans available in New Zealand?
  3. Testimonials (20%)
    • Please provide up to three testimonials (maximum 250 word count per testimonial) from your customers why you should win over and above other providers.
